Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping products to the US. Our products are shipped from Harrisburg, PA. After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping on domestic orders over $65 within the continental US (Excludes: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands).

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service for a replacement.
