How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5β7 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Please check back in the future as we hope to expand our shipping destinations!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly from the carrier's website.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items only. Once a package has been opened, we are unable to accept a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at camellialuxscents@gmail.com

How long do your candles burn?
Our candles are crafted for a long, clean burn. Burn times vary by size β check each product page for specific details.
What wax do you use?
Our candles are made with a premium coconut soy blend wax for an even, clean burn and excellent scent throw β free from harmful additives.
Are your candles safe around pets and children?
We recommend keeping all candles out of reach of children and pets, and never leaving a burning candle unattended. Some fragrance oils may be sensitive for animals β please check individual product descriptions for details.
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
For the best experience: allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn (usually 2β3 hours), keep the wick trimmed to ΒΌ inch before each use, and burn in a well-ventilated area away from drafts.
Why should I trim the wick before each burn?
Trimming the wick prevents excessive flickering, soot, and uneven burning. It also extends the life of your candle.

How long does a diffuser refill last?
Our 6 oz diffuser oil will last approximately 3 months in a reed diffuser with regular use. Electric diffuser longevity depends on your settings and room size.
How do I set up my electric diffuser for the first time?
Simply add your chosen oil or refill to the diffuser reservoir, plug it in or turn it on, and select your preferred mist setting. Full instructions are included with every diffuser.
How do I set up my reed diffuser?
Remove the stopper from the bottle. Place the reed sticks into the bottle β the reeds will begin absorbing the oil. After about 1 hour, flip the reeds so the dry ends are submerged and the saturated ends are in the air to jumpstart the scent throw. Flip the reeds every few days to refresh the fragrance. Place your diffuser on a stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and high-traffic areas. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Can I mix scents in my diffuser?
Yes! Blending scents is a great way to personalize your experience. Start with small amounts of each to find your perfect combination.
What's the difference between your diffuser collections?

Are your diffuser oils safe for pets?
